Doosan Printing is performing continuous quality control to come true
"Commitment", "Teamwork" and "Excellence". Our Quality Control Team
has differential and experienced core competence of the quality control. We
continually update our technology to keep our equipment on the leading edge.
Quality control comes from the people manning the presses. The operators love
what they are doing and it shows in the finished product.
To improve our quality control standards, we hold monthly symposiums to share
complaints or claims from our clients and to exchange solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

Here are our internal specified provisions for quality control to make sure clientĄ¯s needs on each process.
Printing material
Paper and printing ink inspection conducted at our laboratory in Ansan
plant when material comes in
  - Paper : Description, Weight, Brightness, Opacity, Smoothness, etc
- Ink : Color Density, Tack Value, Viscosity, Flow, Gloss, etc
Printing
Checkups for all presses
  - Daily checkups for sheet fed and web presses
- Printing quality checked under the internal specified provisions
Approved color proofs and printed sheets
  - Printing started only after color is approved by designated press foremen
- Comparing approved color proofs with printed sheets by our Export Team Project Manager
Defects occurred
  - Stopping run and immediate reporting to Press Manager when defects occurred
Binding
  - Checkups every two hour for all products of which binding is under way
- Comparing approved color proofs with initially folded & gathered sheets
- Binding quality checked under the internal specified provisions
- Stopping run and immediate reporting to Binding Manager when defects occurred
Exiting
  - Random sampling inspection under the internal specified provisions
- Full inspections conducted when defect ratio is over standard
- Comparing carton mark with inside products
- Inspection of firm carton loading on pallets and palletizing
- Checking final quantities
